THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
My love of art is matched only by my love of
travel. Since Venice and Tuscany, I rode a
camel at the pyramids in Egypt, returned to
Greece and Italy, cruised the New England
Alaskan wilderness. Many cruises offer
Enrichment Programs for passengers'
enjoyment and I've recently found my
niche...teaching art programs on cruise ships.
In addition to watercolor, I am painting acrylics
on canvas for Maggie May's Gallery in Bay St.
Louis and Treasures of the Bay in Waveland,
Mississippi. Closer to home, I display artwork
at Hall of Frame in New Orleans and
LeBoulevard Interiors in Metairie, LA.
Don Andrews juried three of five paintings I
submitted into the Hilliard Museum Exhibition:
"Aquarellists: Louisiana Watercolorists" in
My painting "Venetian Mask" juried into the
Louisiana Watercolor Society International
Show. "Pushing the Envelope" juried into
Southern Watercolor Society's Regional Show
and the LWS International Show. Fanfare
juried in to the 2013 LWS International Show
earning me Lifetime Signature membership
Nine of my mannequin paintings were part of
the Four Seasons Exhibit on display in the
West Baton Rouge Museum of Art and were
recently featured at the Maggie May Gallery.
Notable artists I've had the good fortune to
study with include Carla O'Connor, Paul
Jackson, Soon Warren, James Brantley,
Charles Reid, George James, Tony Couch,
Stephen Quiller, Linda Kemp, Karen Vernon,
Don Andrews, Tom Lynch, Doug Walton, Keith
Andry, and Susan Hotard.
My works have been featured twice on the
cover of "The Parish" magazine and selected
for the "Art in April" poster in St. Bernard and
the inaugural St. Rose DeLema Fair poster in
Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
Please visit my web-page Galleries. Most
works have sold and are included in private
and corporate collections in this country and
